I went on a date with my side boyfriend to the Kitchenette “Comfort Food At It’s Best”.
Wowzers, this has to be one of the top 10 best breakfast spots in NYC. I prefer to go to the one in Harlem… the one on Chambers in Tribeca makes me feel like I am on Skid Row. It has nothing to do with the restaurant itself… it’s just I am not a big fan of Chambers as far as eating goes.
I love, love, love the Harlem restaurant! It’s cozy and the waitresses are really nice. I only order one thing when I go; that’s the Lumber Jack breakfast with Blackberry Cherry Pancakes w/ Turkey sausage. *faints* I see other food pass by to other tables and it always looks delicious… but I am under the spell of the Pancakes!
Lumberjack Breakfast at the Kitchenette Uptown
Due to the fact that I practice moderation as far as calories go, I can only visit this restaurant once every month and a half to two months! It’s that damn good… we never leave one crumb on our plates!
I highly recommend this place to everyone.! Yall know whats funny? I always say I’m going to try one of the restaurants on the same block… they look like they could be winners as well, but again I am under the spell of the pancakes at the Kitchenette!
