New York based company Phillips-Van Heusen Corporation brought Tommy Hilfiger for a reported 3 billion in cash and stocks. Hilfiger will join Phillips roster which includes: Calvin Klein, Van Heusen, Izod, Arrow, Bass and licenses brands such as Geoffrey Beene, BCBG Max Azria, Chaps, Sean John, Kenneth Cole New York, JOE Joseph Abboud and MICHAEL Michael Kors. The Hilfiger brand is more popular overseas; he does most of his business in Europe, Asia, and South America.
