The Limited Holiday 2010 Collection

“Life is sweet.” It’s so sweet that the folks at the Limited made that statement the theme of the preview party for the Holiday 2010 collection.
The Holiday 2010 collection is made up of flannel shorts, sweaters and chunky scarves for the day; classic black slacks and banded bottom blouses perfect for the office; pencil skirts and pea coats; and of course little black dresses – some with sequins – perfect for a holiday party or two.
There were many different pieces presented, and of them all the accessories stood out most. I’m a sucker for cocktail rings, and the Holiday collection is chock full of them. There are also multistrand necklaces and jeweled bracelets.
The crazy thing about fashion is that the collections are presented seasons in advance, so while I know it’s ridiculous to think about this while it’s scorching hot here in New York, I’m looking forward to wearing one of those huge infinity scarves when the temperatures drop.
