SOCIAL MEDIA INTERN NEEDED
KittyBradshaw.com is looking for a Social Media Intern to help develop, implement, and maintain new strategies within for new media that makes impressions that can be tracked.
Intern duties will include:
- Helping to maintain web page.
- Researching newest media technology.
- Calendar management.
- Researching various events around New York City.
- Help promote the site via Twitter/Facebook/etc.
The intern will work directly with the Social Media Manager and have exposure to high-level management on a daily basis. The internship is non-paid, but provides a lot of experience, contacts, and invaluable credit. Skills Required
- Extreme familiarity with social media.
- Critical and analytical skills.
- Access to a computer (preferably a Laptop)
- Access to a camera.
- Flexible to attend various events around NYC including concerts, networking events, etc…
- Research-oriented.
- Ability to take direction, and work independently.
- Knowledgeable or willing to learn about new technology and web analytics.
- Entrepreneurial and risk-taking spirit.
- Excellent communication skills.
Additional skills
- Adobe Photoshop (or interest in learning).
- Interest in journalism and/or website building .
Time Commitment
- 10 hrs a week +.
