NYC: Pull Your Pants Up!

"Men are taught to apologize for their weaknesses, women for their strengths." -- Lois Wyse

New York State Senator Eric Adams has a problem with people who wear their pants below their waist.  Apparently the biggest problem in Brooklyn is men with sagging pants.  Education, murder rates, the state of the economy… they all take a back seat to the sagging pants issues.  The senator spent $2k on the ads.

The slogan should be, “Screw everything else, Image is EVERYTHING!

LOL, that's funny, Doubt it'll have any impact, but I see where he's going or trying to go with this. I hope it has a positive impact on some people in the community.

No it's not saying that it is more important than those other things but really it is an issue that underlies the image and thug stereotypes. You're telling me you don't think he addresses these other issues every day? What gets publicized though? the fashion issue to distract you.

2K wasted. However, it is not that I do not mind sagging pants, but I do mind seeing the boxers, and I have seen a few things I did not want to see *sighs*
