KB Picks: Hello Kitty’s Noir Perfume

I love, love, love this BUT! it is so expensive at $70 .  Too expensive for what I would spend on Hello Kitty merchandise.  My Givenchy perfume collection simply would not allow it.  However, the packaging is super feminine with a hint of Dom chic… hmmm I just might make this a guilty purchase.
