Kitty’s Gift Guide 2012: Roberto Cavalli

So the story behind this intoxicating scent is simple… the day after Thanksgiving, my friend Jakora and I were inside of The Cheesecake Factory waiting to be seated.  A woman walked behind me, and without even seeing her face, I smelled her perfume and it was so good I turned around to see who it was.  So I immediately said, “God she smells good”.  She overheard me and I immediately asked her what her fragrance was.  Of course she responded back with Roberto Cavalli.  Based on the encounter, I am including it on this year’s Gift Guide.

Exuberant and sunny, this ambery-floral fragrance first alights with pink peppercorns, an exhilarating note that exudes a strong sense of character. Vibrant and mesmerizing from the very first contact, at its luminous heart one finds all the majesty of orange blossom absolute. Sensuality then wraps itself into an ultra-feminine trail with the tonka bean, a captivating aromatic that leaves an appetizing imprint on the skin.
The bottle’s artistic line recalls the voluptuous curves of a sensual woman. Crowning the perfume, Roberto Cavalli’s golden seal rests regally above the wild tiger stripes that wrap the flacon’s neck, a hint of the designer’s emblematic use animal prints. The solid glass base evokes the strength and the power of the fragrance’s character.

Notes:
Pink Peppercorn, Orange Flower Absolute, Mirabelle Plum.

I’m tempted to smell this perfume by the way you described how good it smelled. The mix of fragrances seems like a good blend as well.
