NYC Events: Sip into Barefoot Refresh… @BarefootWine

Last week, I finally got the chance to meet my favorite winemaker out of California… Jennifer Wall (my sister in my head) of Barefoot Wine & Bubbly.  She flew into New York, and left quite the impression on us New Yorkers by debuting the new Barefoot Refresh Wine during a private pool party.  Guest sampled the new Crisp White, Perfectly Pink, Summer Red, and Sweet White wine while nibbling on small bites such as cheese, fruit, cashews, and almonds.  The night’s theme was light and refreshing; with everything in association adding to the overall vibe of the event.

When I arrived, I noticed that I knew half of the guest in attendance.  It was like a mini reunion with New York’s prominent influencers in attendance.  Barefoot provided the refreshments and rooftop; and we provided our palates to soak up all of the wine, loll.  It was a special moment in New York as the living mural, which is the New York cityscape, played an instrumental role and creating the relaxed environment.  Once the sun set, the lights of the Empire State Building came on, and guest scrambled pictures of the breathtaking view.  The day was indeed light and refreshing as we sat by the poolside and conversed.

In regards to Barefoot Refresh… fine ladies across the country have a new reason to get together and sip “tea”.  Barefoot Refresh is definitely something worth trying; perfect for spring/ summer events where the atmosphere will be “Light and Cute”.  I imagine this being served at baby showers, book clubs, family reunions, professional functions, and pool parties.  As I have stated before in earlier post… every event doesn’t call for hard liquor.  Each of the Barefoot Refresh wine is packed at the peak ripeness to ensure maximum flavors and a lively finish.  Each flavor contains 9% alcohol, and retails for $8 for the 750 ml bottle.
